Durian Cake

 

 


This is my first attempt making the durian cake. Thought I should do something different with durian rather than just eating the fresh flesh or making the sweet dessert durian. 

 Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg yolks one at a time.
  4. Beat well before adding the next yolk.
  5. Add durian meat and beat well.
  6. Next, add in the beaten egg whites.
  7. Last but not least, add in the flour.
  8. Put in a 8 x 8 greased pan and bake for an 1 hour.
