Banana Milk Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect to have for breakfast. Refreshing, energy booster and definitely healthy. Give a try and you will love it!!!









Ingredients:

- 3 Large Bananas (Cavendish)

- 2 Cups of fresh milk (Low fat Milk).

- 1 Tbs honey


Method: 

* Blend all the ingredients together and ready to be served.

  1. I used Cavendish Banana for this smoothie though I think you can use any kind of bananas. You might need to add more if you use smaller bananas such as pisang emas and make sure the amount of honey is just nice as the fruit has its own sweetness. Too sweet might spoilt your healthy diet.
